The JZ-500 HMH 7G1.5 flexible cable is a reliable solution for electrical installations where safety and resistance to harsh conditions are paramount. Construction and properties

The cable features seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², which are twisted to ensure flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The conductors are insulated with halogen-free TI6 compound, increasing safety. Black conductors are numbered for easy identification during installation. The whole is surrounded by a gray (RAL 7001) outer halogen-free coating made of TM7 compound, providing additional protection against external factors. This makes the cable meet stringent fire safety standards and is environmentally friendly.

The JZ-500 HMH 7G1.5 cable is widely used as a measuring, control and steering cable in mechanical engineering, conveyors, technological lines and in the construction of electrical installations. It will also be useful in metallurgy and steelworks, as well as in mobile installations. It meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) and DIN VDE and EN standards, guaranteeing its high quality and safety. This is particularly important for installations exposed to high temperatures or fire hazard. Additionally, the cable is resistant to radiation up to 100 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
