This halogen-free JZ-600 HMH 18G1 cable is a versatile solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning systems and many other applications. The cable is designed for both stationary and flexible installations, providing reliable connections in various conditions. The cable is characterized by high resistance to fire and oils, making it an ideal choice in demanding industrial environments.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600 HMH 18G1 cable is characterized by a solid construction that guarantees long-lasting and safe operation. Made of unbleached copper strands class 5 (flexible multi-wire), insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, it provides excellent electrical and mechanical properties. The strands are twisted in parallel and marked with white numbers for easy identification. In addition, the cable has a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in case of fire. A version with a yellow-green protective conductor is also available.

Applications and technical parameters

The JZ-600 HMH 18G1 cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² and an outer diameter of approximately 15.7 mm is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 1000 V. It is ideal as a measuring and control cable in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, as well as in air conditioning systems and steel mills. The possibility of use in dry, wet and humid environments, as well as surface mounting, expands the scope of its applications. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed laying and 15 x cable diameter for flexible operation. It should be remembered that the cable is not intended for applications with continuous movements or mechanical stresses.
