Halogen-free control cable JZ-600 HMH – reliability and safety

The JZ-600 HMH cable is a flexible control cable designed for demanding industrial applications and installations where safety and resistance to external factors are crucial. The JZ-600 HMH 18G1,5 cable has 18 cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², made of stranded bare copper (class 5). Each core is insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture, ensuring a high level of safety in the event of a fire. The cores are twisted in parallel and marked with black numbers for easy identification. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture (black RAL 9005 color), providing additional protection against mechanical damage and weather conditions. The rated voltage of the cable is 0.6/1 kV. The outer diameter is approximately 18.6 mm. This cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (after installation) and from -15°C to +70°C during laying.
