This 4-core JZ-600 HMH cable with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² is the ideal solution for applications requiring flexibility and resistance to harsh conditions. The cable is designed for installations in machines, conveyors, production lines, air conditioning units and steel mills. Thanks to the halogen-free coating, it minimizes the risk of toxic gases being released in the event of a fire, increasing the safety of people and equipment.

The JZ-600 HMH cable is distinguished by its careful construction ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation. Made of multi-strand copper conductors (class 5), insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, it offers high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. Black conductors with white numbers make it easy to identify individual wires during installation and servicing. Twisted wires in parallel minimize electromagnetic interference, and the outer coating made of TM7 mixture provides additional protection against external factors. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/ DIN EN 50525-3-11.

This cable is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C during fixed installation and from -15°C to +70°C during flexible operation. The rated voltage is 1 kV, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed installation and 15 x cable diameter for flexible operation. This makes the cable perfect for various industrial and construction applications. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain cadmium or silicone, making it environmentally friendly.
