The TF-EMV-UV-2XSLCH-J 4G120 cable with a cross-section of 120 mm² has several key features that distinguish it from standard power cables. Made of multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), insulated with polyethylene rubber (XLPE), it provides excellent conductivity and flexibility. The cores are twisted concentrically and protected by a double shield – an aluminum tape and a tinned copper braid (approx. 85% coverage), which minimizes electromagnetic interference and ensures compatibility with sensitive electronic devices. Additionally, the cable has an outer jacket made of polyolefin, which is resistant to UV radiation and weathering. An important aspect is also the absence of halogens in the material composition, which increases safety in the event of a fire.
This cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +90°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +90°C during installation. The rated voltage is 1000 V, and the maximum working voltage is 700/1200 V (single- and three-phase current) and 900/1800 V (direct current). The minimum bending radius for a cable with an outer diameter of 44.8 mm is 10x or 20x the cable diameter, depending on the installation method (flexible or stationary).
