This halogen-free flexible cable MEGAFLEX 500 3x1 is a reliable solution for power installations where flexibility, safety and resistance to external factors are key. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on stranded copper conductors, providing good flexibility and mechanical resistance. The conductor insulation is made of a halogen-free polymer, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire. The conductors are arranged twisted, and the entire cable is surrounded by an outer coating of the same material, which provides additional protection against damage. The gray color (RAL 7001) makes it easier to identify in the installation.

The cable meets strict safety standards, including DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11 / DIN EN 50525-3-11 and UL-Style 20939 / UL-Std. 758. It also has a CE certificate, confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. Additionally, it is resistant to oils, fats, UV radiation and hydrolysis. This makes it suitable even in difficult environmental conditions.
