Construction and properties

This cable is characterized by a solid construction using high-quality materials. Copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² are made in class 6 – stranded, very flexible, which provides them with excellent resistance to mechanical fatigue. The core insulation is made of PP (polypropylene), which translates to low electrical capacitance. The whole is surrounded by an aluminum foil screen and a copper braid, which effectively protects against electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of PUR (polyurethane) provides resistance to abrasion, oils, flames and hydrolysis. The petrol color (RAL 5018) makes it easier to identify in the installation.

The cable is designed in accordance with DIN VDE 0293, 0295, 0250 and DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 standards. This ensures that it meets high standards of safety and quality. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting – which is important in many industrial applications.
