### Construction and properties

The MEGAFLEX 500-C cable stands out with its careful construction, which translates into its unique properties. Four copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² are made of stranded wire class 5, which provides them with flexibility and resistance to repeated bending. These conductors are insulated with a special halogen-free polymer, and their colors (black with white digit printing) facilitate identification in accordance with DIN VDE 0293. The protective conductor (yellow-green) is present from 3 conductors in the outer layer. The whole is surrounded by a separating foil and a braid screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage), which minimizes electromagnetic interference. The final layer is an outer jacket made of halogen-free polymer in gray (RAL 7001). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.9 mm.
