Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a flexible construction, which facilitates installation and routing in tight spaces. Two cross-sections are available: 2 x 0.22 mm² and 2 x 0.50 mm², allowing you to match the cable to specific application needs. Bare copper conductors provide excellent electrical conductivity. The PE insulation of the conductors guarantees safety and reliability of connections. The color coding of the conductors - red and blue - makes identification easier during installation. The cable has a textile filling, which increases its mechanical strength.

An important aspect is the use of a halogen-free FRNC (Flame Retardant Non-Corrosive) outer jacket. This means that in the event of a fire, the cable releases a minimal amount of toxic gases and smoke, increasing the safety of people nearby. This coating is also corrosion resistant, extending the life of the cable. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.0 mm for the 2 x 0.22 mm² version and approximately 6.7 mm for the 2 x 0.50 mm² version.

Electrical parameters and compliance with standards

The cable meets high quality standards confirmed by the EN50267-2-3 standard regarding corrosivity. The conductor resistance for the 2 x 0.22 mm² version is a maximum of 87 Ohm/km, and for the 2 x 0.50 mm² version - 37 Ohm/km. The insulation resistance is a minimum of 1 GOhm x km for both cross-section versions. The operating temperature range is from -30°C to +70°C, allowing the cable to be used in a wide range of environmental conditions. The minimum bending radius during installation is 72 mm for the 2 x 0.22 mm² version and 80 mm for the 2 x 0.50 mm² version. The cable weight is approximately 45 kg/km (for 2x0.22) or approximately 59 kg/km (for 2x0.5).
