This 25-core flexible cable JZ-500 HMH is an ideal solution for applications requiring high fire resistance and aggressive environment resistance. The cable is designed for installations in mechanical engineering, construction, metallurgy and anywhere where safety and reliability are paramount. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a careful construction that guarantees its flexibility and durability. Multi-wire copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire. Black cores are numbered with white digits for easy identification, and in the version with a protective conductor (G), it is located in the outer layer. The whole is surrounded by a durable, halogen-free coating made of TM7 mixture in gray color (RAL 7001). The cable is metered for convenient dispensing and installation.

A key feature of the cable is its oil resistance and high radiation resistance up to 100 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (100 Mrad). Additionally, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable has passed a series of tests confirming its fire-resistant properties and low smoke emission in accordance with DIN VDE, BS and IEC standards.

The JZ-500 HMH 25G1 cable is used as a measuring, control and steering cable in mechanical engineering, conveyors, technological lines and in the construction of industrial installations. It is intended for fixed laying or occasional installation of mobile installations – however, it should not be subjected to continuous movements or mechanical stresses. It can be used both in dry, humid and wet rooms, also surface-mounted.
