Halogen-free control cable – reliability and safety

This flexible control cable JZ-500 HMH 41G1 is a solution designed for a wide range of applications in industry, construction and electrical installations. Construction and properties

The JZ-500 HMH 41G1 cable has a multi-wire, flexible construction of copper conductors (class 5 according to VDE/IEC/BS), which ensures high flexibility and ease of installation. The conductors are insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture, and the entire cable is surrounded by a gray (RAL 7001) coating of a TM7 mixture, also halogen-free. Black conductors are numbered for easy identification, and a yellow-green protective conductor appears from the third conductor.

Applications and technical parameters

The JZ-500 HMH 41G1 cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² and a rated voltage of 500V is ideal for use as a measuring, control and steering cable. Its outer diameter is approximately 19.4 mm, and the number of conductors is as many as 41. The minimum bending radius is 4x cable diameter for stationary installations and 12.5x cable diameter for flexible installations. The cable is intended for dry, wet and damp rooms and for surface laying. However, it is not suitable for applications with frequent movements or mechanical stresses.
