Construction and Properties

The JZ-500 HMH cable has a construction based on multi-wire copper conductors, which gives it high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The conductors are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, and the entire cable is surrounded by a TM7 mixture jacket, also halogen-free. This construction guarantees minimal smoke emission and no toxic gases in the event of a fire – important in places with increased safety requirements. Black conductors are numbered for easy identification, and the version with four conductors has an additional yellow-green protective conductor.

This cable has been tested for fire resistance, UV radiation and the influence of oils and greases. It meets DIN VDE and IEC standards, which confirms its high quality and compliance with European safety standards. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, making it environmentally friendly.
