Flexible halogen-free control cable 0.6/1kV

This high-quality flexible cable JZ-600 HMH 3G10 is designed for use in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, and installations in air conditioning systems and steel mills. This cable performs well in both stationary and flexible installations where resistance to bending and movement is required. Thanks to its construction with multi-wire copper conductors with a cross-section of 10 mm², it ensures reliable power transmission in various conditions.

The cable is distinguished by its halogen-free outer jacket and core insulation made of TI6 material, which increases safety and minimizes the risk of generating toxic gases in the event of a fire. The cable cores are black with white numbers, which facilitates identification during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores), providing additional safety.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600 HMH 3G10 cable has been designed with demanding industrial applications in mind. It is made of unbleached copper conductors class 5 (flexible multi-wire), which ensures high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The cores are twisted in parallel, and the whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 compound. This makes the cable meet the standards regarding low flammability and the absence of smoke emission during combustion (LSOH – Low Smoke Halogen Free).
