The cable has been designed with safety in mind. Made of halogen-free materials, it limits the release of toxic gases in the event of a fire, which is crucial for protecting health and property. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/ DIN EN 50525-3-11. Additionally, it has passed tests confirming its fire resistance (DIN VDE 0482-332-3-24, BS 4066 part 3, DIN EN 60332-3-24, IEC 60332-3-24) and corrosion resistance to fire gases (DIN VDE 0482-754-2, DIN EN 60754-2, IEC 60754-2).

Construction and user parameters

The JZ-600 HMH cable is characterized by a solid construction: uncolored copper strands of flexibility class 5 (multi-wire), insulation made of halogen-free TI6 mixture and an outer jacket made of TM7 mixture providing mechanical protection and resistance to external factors. The cores are black with white numeric printing for easy identification. The core cross-section is 4 mm², and the outer diameter is approximately 11.7 mm. The cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 1000 V and an ambient temperature of -40°C to +80°C (for fixed installation) or -15°C to +70°C (flexible). The minimum bending radius is 7.5xØ or 15xØ, depending on the way the cable is laid. This makes the cable easy to install even in tight spaces.
