Flexible halogen-free control cable – reliability and safety

This flexible control cable JZ-600 HMH 3G6, with a cross-section of 6 mm², is designed for demanding industrial applications and installations where safety and resistance to external factors are crucial. The cable is distinguished by its halogen-free coating, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire, increasing the safety of users and protecting the environment. The cable cores are black and numbered, making them easier to identify during installation and maintenance.

Construction and application

This cable is widely used in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning equipment, and in the metallurgical industry. It will work well in both stationary and flexible installations – where a reliable connection and resistance to bending are required. However, it should not be used in applications with continuous movements or mechanical stresses. The possibility of laying in dry, wet and humid environments increases its versatility.

The cable is constructed of unbleached copper strands class 5 (flexible multi-wire), insulated with halogen-free TI6 compound. The cores are twisted in parallel, and the whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 compound. This construction provides high flexibility, durability and resistance to mechanical damage. In addition, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores in the outer layer).
