Construction and properties
The JZ-600 HMH cable is distinguished by its construction ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. It is made of unbleached class 5 copper wire (flexible multi-strand), insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture. Black wires are permanently marked with white numbers for easy identification. Twisted parallel wires provide flexibility and facilitate installation. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture, which guarantees minimal smoke emission in case of fire – crucial for the safety of people and equipment. The cable has a yellow-green protective wire (from 3 wires in the outer layer) for additional protection.
Application and technical parameters
The JZ-600 HMH cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 1000 V and a test voltage of 4000 V. The permissible ambient temperature during operation is from -15°C to +70°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +70°C (for fixed laying). The minimum bending radius is 15 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed laying. The nominal cross-section of the wire is 0.75 mm², and its outer diameter is approximately 7.5 mm. The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. Additionally, the cable is characterized by radiation resistance up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
