JZ-600 HMH 4G25 cable is a flexible, halogen-free control cable with a rated voltage of 1kV, designed for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning equipment and steel mills. The construction with four cores of 25 mm² cross-section provides adequate current capacity, and the halogen-free coating increases safety in the event of a fire. Black cores with white numbers facilitate identification and connection. This cable is ideal for both installers and end-users looking for a reliable and safe solution.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of unannealed copper cores of flexibility class 5, which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Core insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, and the outer coating of TM7 mixture – both materials ensure safety and minimize the emission of toxic gases in case of fire. Parallel twisted cores facilitate cable unwinding and installation. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C during fixed installation and from -15°C to +70°C during flexible operation.

Application and compliance with standards

JZ-600 HMH cable is perfect for both stationary and flexible installations, in dry and humid environments. It is intended for transmitting energy in machines, conveyor belts and production lines. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. Additionally, it has self-extinguishing properties and is resistant to corrosion of fire gases. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 27.4 mm.
