This halogen-free flexible cable JZ-600 HMH 4G35 is a reliable solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning systems, and metallurgy. The cable is designed for both stationary and flexible installations where resistance to bending and movement is required. Thanks to its construction with four cores with a cross-section of 35 mm², it is perfect for applications requiring the transfer of higher currents.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-term and safe operation. The multi-wire copper cores (class 5) are insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture, which provides a high level of fire safety. Black cores are numbered for easy identification, and the cable is also equipped with a yellow-green protective core (from 3 cores). The outer jacket made of TM7 mixture guarantees resistance to abrasion and external factors.

• Radiation resistance: Exhibits resistance to radiation up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).

Technical parameters and application

The JZ-600 HMH 4G35 cable has a rated voltage of 1000 V and an outer diameter of approximately 30.3 mm. It is intended for control and measurement applications where high reliability and safety are required. Thanks to its properties, it performs perfectly in difficult industrial conditions. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed laying and 15 x cable diameter for flexible operation. It should be remembered that the cable is not intended for applications with continuous movements or mechanical stresses.
