This flexible control cable JZ-600 HMH 5G0,75 is designed for demanding industrial applications where reliability and safety are key. Construction and properties

The cable consists of five copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture. The conductors are twisted in parallel and marked with black colors with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture in black color (RAL 9005). This construction guarantees flexibility and long-term operation even in difficult conditions.

The JZ-600 HMH 5G0,75 cable is intended for use in stationary and flexible installations, both in dry and humid environments. Its outer diameter is approximately 8.4 mm, and the permissible operating temperature is -15°C to +70°C during flexible laying and -40°C to +70°C during fixed laying. The rated voltage of the cable is 1 kV (U0/U 0.6/1 kV), and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 15x cable diameter for flexible laying and 7.5x cable diameter for fixed laying. This cable is perfect as a measuring and control cable in machines, conveyor belts and other industrial equipment.
