Construction and properties

The JZ-600 HMH cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-term and trouble-free operation. It has five copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², which are insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture. The conductors are black with white numerical printing for easy identification. Twisted conductors provide cable flexibility, and the outer coating made of TM7 mixture guarantees resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. This makes the cable ideal for use in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, and air conditioning installations.

Applications and technical parameters

The JZ-600 HMH cable is designed for use in dry, wet and humid environments, both indoors and outdoors. It can be laid openly. It should be noted that it is not intended for installations exposed to continuous stretching or mechanical movements. The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 1000V and a minimum bending radius of 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed laying and 15 x cable diameter for flexible laying. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 10.7 mm. Thanks to its properties, it is perfect as a measuring and control cable in machines, air conditioning equipment and steel mills.
