Universal halogen-free control cable – safety and flexibility

JZ-600 HMH 5G4 cable is a flexible control cable designed for demanding industrial applications and building installations. It is characterized by high fire resistance and UV radiation resistance, and its halogen-free construction minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire, increasing the safety of people and equipment. This cable is ideal for both stationary and dynamic applications where high flexibility is required.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed with five conductors of 4 mm² cross-section, made of unannealed copper, ensuring good conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture and then twisted in parallel for easy identification. The protective conductor (yellow-green color) is placed in the outer layer of 3 conductors. The whole is surrounded by a black outer jacket made of TM7 mixture, which provides resistance to abrasion and weathering. Digital marking of conductors facilitates their identification during installation and maintenance. The outer diameter of the cable is 14.4 mm.

This cable is widely used in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning equipment, and steel mills. It will work in stationary and flexible installations – where reliability and safety are important. Thanks to its properties, the JZ-600 HMH cable is perfect in dry, wet and humid environments, as well as for surface mounting. It enables operation in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C during permanent installation and from -15°C to +70°C during dynamic operation. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/ DIN EN 50525-3-11, which confirms its high quality and safety of use.
