The JZ-500 HMH-C flexible cable is an advanced solution for electrical installations where reliability, safety and protection against interference are key. Construction and properties

The JZ-500 HMH-C cable stands out with a construction adapted to the specific needs of modern installations. Equipped with 12 cores with a cross-section of 1 mm², made of stranded copper wire (class 5), it provides flexibility and easy installation. Each core is insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire – increasing the safety of people and equipment. The cores are black with white numbering for easy identification during installation. In addition, the cable has a copper braid screen (85% coverage) that effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring stable signal transmission. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer sheath made of TM7 mixture in gray color (RAL 7001).

Application and benefits

This cable finds wide application in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning equipment and steel mills. It will work both in stationary and flexible installations – where resistance to bending and twisting is required. Thanks to its properties, it is ideal for transmitting control and measurement signals in environments exposed to electromagnetic interference. The halogen-free nature of the cable is not only a matter of fire safety, but also compliance with increasingly stringent environmental standards. The cable is designed for operation in dry, humid and wet environments and for surface mounting. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +70°C (flexible). The rated voltage U is 500V.
