Flexible control cable, shielded and halogen-free
This 18-core JZ-500 HMH-C cable with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² is a versatile solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning installations and many more. The use of a halogen-free jacket and a copper braided screen ensures safety and reliable signal transmission in demanding conditions. This cable is designed for both stationary and flexible installations, in dry and humid environments.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, designed for long-term operation. The stranded copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture, which provides fire resistance and minimal release of toxic gases in the event of a fire. Black cores are numbered for easy identification, and the protective conductor (available in some versions) is yellow-green. The screen made of tinned copper braided wires (85% coverage) effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference (EMC), guaranteeing stable signal transmission. The outer jacket made of TM7 mixture is also halogen-free and resistant to many oils.
