This flexible JZ-500 HMH-C 3G0.5 cable is a versatile solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning installations and many more. The cable is designed for demanding working conditions, providing reliable signal transmission and safe operation. Thanks to the braided screen made of tinned copper wires, it provides high resistance to electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in modern installations.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on twisted stranded copper conductors, which ensures flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The conductors are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, and the entire cable is surrounded by a halogen-free outer sheath TM7 – this guarantees safety in case of fire, minimizing the emission of toxic gases and smoke. Made of materials that do not contain cadmium and silicone further emphasizes its environmental friendliness. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (in a 3-core configuration) for increased safety.

Applications and benefits

The JZ-500 HMH-C cable is perfect for both stationary and flexible installations. It can be used in dry, humid and wet environments and laid on the surface. Thanks to the wide range of operating temperatures (-40°C to +70°C) it is suitable for use in harsh industrial conditions. Its compact dimensions (outer diameter 5.9 mm) make it easy to install even in tight spaces. The conductor cross-section of 0.5 mm² provides adequate current carrying capacity for typical control and measurement applications.
