Flexible halogen-free control cable

This shielded, flexible 500V JZ-500 HMH-C cable is a reliable solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning installations and steel mills. The cable is designed for both stationary and flexible installations, providing safety and efficiency in various environments. Thanks to the braided screen, it guarantees interference-free transmission of signals and pulses.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on stranded copper conductors, insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture. The conductors are black with white number printing for easy identification. An additional braid screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture in grey color (RAL 7001). The cable is metered for convenient dispensing and installation.

It is worth noting its flame-retardant and self-extinguishing properties, confirmed by numerous tests (DIN VDE, BS, IEC). In addition, the materials used in production are cadmium and silicone-free, making it environmentally friendly. Meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive CE.

Application and parameters

The JZ-500 HMH-C cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² and a rated voltage of 500V is ideal for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. It can be used in dry, damp and wet environments and laid openly. The permissible operating temperature is from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +70°C (flexible). The minimum bending radius is approx. 12.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and approx. 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying. Coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km.
