Halogen-free control cable – reliability and safety
The JZ-500 HMH-C cable is a flexible control cable designed for demanding industrial applications and electrical installations. It is characterized by high resistance to external factors, and its construction ensures reliable transmission of signals and power. This cable can be used in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning systems, and metallurgical installations. Thanks to the braided screen made of tinned copper wires, the cable provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in modern automation and control systems.
Construction and properties
The JZ-500 HMH-C cable is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The copper, stranded and flexible conductors (class 5) provide good flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The core insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 compound, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire. The cores are black with white numbering for easy identification during installation. The braided screen with high density (85%) effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 compound provides additional protection against mechanical damage and the effects of atmospheric factors.

Operating parameters
The JZ-500 HMH-C cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 500V. The minimum bending radius is 12.5 mm for flexible laying and 4 mm for fixed laying. The coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km. The cable is resistant to radiation up to 100 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad). Remember to properly connect the screen to the terminals (e.g. cable glands) to ensure optimal EMC protection.
