This halogen-free, shielded JZ-500 HMH-C 4G10 cable is a versatile solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning installations and many more. It provides reliable signal transmission and safe operation in harsh conditions. The cable is designed for both stationary and flexible installations, offering a wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to +70°C.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It is made of stranded copper conductors, class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295), insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification. In addition, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in industrial environments. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture in gray (RAL 7001).

The cable meets strict safety standards, including standards relating to fire resistance, smoke and corrosion of fire gases (DIN VDE 0482-754-2, DIN EN 60754-2). It is also compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE) and has a fire reaction class of Dca (CPR).

Remember the manufacturer's recommendation – for optimal EMC protection, it is recommended to ensure two-sided contact of the copper braid with the cable glands (e.g. cable glands).
