This flexible control cable JZ-500 HMH-C with a cross-section of 4G2.5, manufactured by HELUKABEL, is a reliable solution for both professional installers and end users. The cable is designed for use in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning installations and in the metallurgical industry. It will be suitable for stationary and flexible installations where high resistance to external factors is required.

Construction and properties

The cable is distinguished by a construction that ensures safety and durability. Made of stranded copper conductors (class 5), insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture, it offers flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The conductors are black with white numbering for easy identification. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in precise control systems. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer coating made of TM7 mixture in gray color (RAL 7001). Thanks to this, the cable meets strict fire safety standards - it is self-extinguishing and does not emit toxic gases during combustion.

Application and benefits

The JZ-500 HMH-C cable performs perfectly in dry, humid and wet environments. Its operating temperature range is from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +70°C (flexible). The rated voltage U is 500V. Thanks to the shielding, it ensures interference-free transmission of signals and pulses. In addition, the materials used in production are cadmium and silicone-free, making it environmentally friendly. The cable complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE) and has DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51/DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11 approval. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.8 mm.
