This high-quality flexible cable JZ-500 HMH-C 4G4 is designed for use in demanding industrial conditions and installations where reliability, safety and protection against interference are key. This cable combines flexibility, resistance to external factors and advanced shielding technology.

Construction and application

This cable is ideal for use in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning systems and steel mills. It will work both in stationary and flexible installations – where resistance to bending and movement is required. Thanks to the copper braid screen, it ensures interference-free transmission of signals and pulses, which is particularly important in environments exposed to electromagnetic interference (EMC). It is worth remembering that the cable is not intended for applications with continuous movements or mechanical stresses. It can be used in dry, humid and wet environments and laid openly.

Safety and compliance with standards

The JZ-500 HMH-C cable meets strict safety standards. Made of halogen-free materials, it minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire, increasing the safety of people and property. It also has high resistance to radiation and meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). Fire tests confirm its self-extinguishing and non-flammable properties. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain cadmium or silicone, making it environmentally friendly.
