Flexible cable JZ-500 HMH-C is an advanced solution for demanding industrial applications and installations. This cable, characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, is used in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning systems, and metallurgy. Construction and properties

The JZ-500 HMH-C cable stands out with its careful construction, guaranteeing long-lasting and safe operation. Made of stranded copper conductors (class 5), insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, it provides high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The conductors are black with white numerical printing for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) placed in the outer layer. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage effectively minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in industrial environments. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture in gray color (RAL 7001).

Application and safety

This halogen-free control cable is ideal where fire safety and minimal emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire are a priority. It meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51/DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. Thanks to radiation resistance up to 100x10^6 cJ/kg (100 Mrad), it can also be used in specific conditions of exposure to radiation. The cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +70°C (flexible). The minimum bending radius is approx. 4x cable diameter for fixed laying and approx. 12.5x cable diameter for flexible laying.
