This halogen-free, shielded JZ-500 HMH-C cable is the ideal solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The cable is designed for a wide range of installations – from machines and conveyor belts to production lines, air conditioning systems and industrial environments. It ensures reliable signal transmission and safe operation of devices.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), which provide high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The conductors are insulated with a halogen-free TI6 compound, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire. A screen made of tinned copper wires with a high density (85%) effectively protects against electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable signal transmission. The outer jacket made of a halogen-free TM7 compound provides additional mechanical protection and resistance to atmospheric factors.

The cable has 5 conductors with a cross-section of 4 mm², which allows for the transmission of sufficient power for various applications. The conductors are numbered for easy identification, and a yellow-green protective conductor is also available in the standard version. The outer diameter of the cable is 12.8 mm. Please note that the cable is not intended for applications with continuous movements or mechanical stresses.

This cable is perfect for both stationary and flexible installations, in dry, humid and wet environments. Its parameters allow operation at temperatures from -40°C to +70°C (flexibly: -15°C to +70°C).
