This halogen-free, shielded JZ-500 HMH-C 5G6 cable is a versatile solution for installation in machines, conveyors, production lines, as well as in air conditioning and metallurgy systems. It will work well in both stationary and flexible installations where high resistance to external factors is required. The cable construction ensures interference-free transmission of signals and pulses thanks to the effective copper braid screen.

Construction and properties for professionals

The cable is characterized by a solid construction based on multi-wire copper conductors of class 5, which ensures high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The conductor insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, guaranteeing safety in case of fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors), increasing safety. The braid screen made of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 mixture provides resistance to abrasion and weathering.

Safety and compliance with standards

The cable meets strict safety standards, including DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11. It is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2/DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1-2. Additionally, it meets the requirements for corrosion resistance of fire gases (DIN VDE 0482-754-2/DIN EN 60754-2/IEC 60754-2) and halogen-free (DIN VDE 0482-754-1/DIN EN 60754-1/IEC 60754-1). The product has a CE marking confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
