JZ-500 HMH-C 7G0.5 cable is a reliable control cable designed to operate in harsh conditions. It is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal solution in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, and industrial installations. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures safe and efficient transmission of control signals.

Construction and properties

This cable has seven cores with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², made of stranded copper. The cores are insulated with halogen-free TI6 polymer, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable device operation. The outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 mixture provides additional mechanical protection and resistance to oils. The cores are black with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective core.

This cable is used in both stationary and flexible installations. It will work in dry, humid and wet environments. Due to its properties, it is particularly recommended for:

Radiation resistance up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
