This halogen-free, shielded JZ-500 HMH-C 7G1.5 cable is an ideal solution for demanding installations where reliable signal transmission and safety are key. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It consists of:

• Copper conductors, stranded (class 5), which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to bending.
• Core insulation made of halogen-free TI6 mixture – this increases safety in case of fire, minimizing the emission of toxic gases.
• Braided screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) – provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in industrial environments.
• Outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 mixture – further increases resistance to mechanical damage and atmospheric factors.
• Cores marked with numbers for easy identification during installation.
• Optional with a yellow-green protective conductor (marked with "G" when ordering).

The cable has a rated voltage of 500 V and an allowable operating temperature of -40°C to +70°C (flexible) and -15°C to +70°C (stationary). The outer diameter of the cable is 9.8 mm, and the core cross-section is 1.5 mm².
