This halogen-free, shielded flexible cable JZ-600 HMH-C is the ideal solution for applications requiring high reliability and resistance to external factors. Construction and properties

The JZ-600 HMH-C cable consists of 12 cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², made of unannealed copper. The cores are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture and marked with numbers for easy identification. In addition, the cable has a yellow-green protective core. The twisted cores are arranged in parallel and surrounded by an inner jacket and a braided screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage). The whole is covered with a halogen-free TM7 mixture, providing resistance to abrasion and weathering.

The JZ-600 HMH-C cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 1000 V and an approximate outer diameter of 18.4 mm. It is intended for the transmission of control and measurement signals in industrial and construction installations. Thanks to its properties, it is perfect for applications requiring high reliability and safety, such as industrial automation systems, lighting installations or HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) devices. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed laying and 15 x cable diameter for flexible laying.
