This halogen-free, shielded JZ-600 HMH-C cable is an ideal solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The cable is designed for use in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning equipment, and in the metallurgical industry. It will work well in both stationary and flexible installations. Thanks to the copper braid screen, it ensures interference-free transmission of signals and pulses, which is crucial in modern control systems.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation. It is made of 18 stranded copper conductors (class 5), insulated with halogen-free TI6 compound. The conductors are numbered, which facilitates identification during installation and servicing. Additionally, the presence of a yellow-green protective conductor increases safety. The braid screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) effectively protects against electromagnetic interference. The whole is surrounded by an outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 compound, providing resistance to abrasion and weathering.

Technical parameters and application

The cable has a conductor cross-section of 1 mm² and a rated voltage of 1000 V. The outer diameter is approximately 18.2 mm. The cable is intended for stationary and flexible installations, but should not be used in places exposed to continuous stretching or twisting. Thanks to its properties, it is perfect as a measuring and control cable in industrial machines and equipment. The use of high-quality materials guarantees long life and reliability of the product. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed laying and 15 x cable diameter for flexible operation. Coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km.
