Control cable JZ-600 HMH-C – reliability and safety in every circuit
This 25-core flexible 1kV cable, designated JZ-600 HMH-C, is the ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users. The cable is designed for use in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning systems, and in the metallurgical industry. It is suitable for both stationary and flexible installations where high resistance to mechanical damage and external factors is required.
The cable is characterized by a construction that provides high flexibility and ease of installation. Made of stranded copper conductors (class 5), insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, it offers safe and long-lasting operation. Black cores with white numbers facilitate the identification of individual wires during installation and servicing. Additionally, a braided screen of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable signal transmission.
Construction and properties
The JZ-600 HMH-C cable stands out with a number of features that translate into its reliability and safety:
- Halogen-free: Materials used in production do not contain halogens, which means no toxic gases are released during a fire – increased safety for people and the environment.
- Flame retardancy: The cable meets stringent standards for flame retardancy (DIN VDE 0482-332-3-24, BS 4066 part 3, DIN EN 60332-3-24), providing protection against the spread of fire.
- Wide temperature range: The ability to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (for fixed laying) and from -15°C to +70°C (flexible) guarantees reliable operation in various environmental conditions.
- Shielding: The braided screen effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in industrial applications.
- Numbered cores: Facilitate the identification of individual wires during installation and servicing.
- Flexibility: The construction with stranded cores provides high cable flexibility, making it easy to lay even in tight spaces.
- Conductor cross-section: 1.5 mm² provides adequate current carrying capacity for many applications.
- Outer diameter: 25.4 mm – important information when planning cable routes and selecting appropriate accessories (cable glands).
This cable complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) confirming its safety and compliance with European standards. Additionally, it has DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11 approvals.
