This flexible control cable JZ-600 HMH-C 3G2,5 is designed for use in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning systems, and steel mills. It is suitable for both stationary and flexible installations. The cable's construction ensures reliable transmission of signals and pulses thanks to effective shielding. It is an ideal solution for installers and users looking for a safe and efficient control cable.

Construction and properties

The cable features twisted copper conductors, TI6 halogen-free insulation, and a braided screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage). This braid provides high resistance to electromagnetic interference (EMC). The outer sheath is made of TM7 halogen-free mixture, which increases safety in case of fire – it limits the release of smoke and toxic gases. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor.

The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11. The cable has passed fire tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-3-24, BS 4066 part 3, DIN EN 60332-3-24 and IEC 60332-3-24. It is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1-2.

Application and technical parameters

The JZ-600 HMH-C cable is perfect for use in dry, wet and humid environments, both indoors and outdoors (with permanent installation). The cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +70°C (for permanent installation) and from -15°C to +70°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 1000 V. The conductor cross-section is 2.5 mm², and the approximate outer diameter is 12.8 mm.
