Flexible control cable – reliability and installation safety

This halogen-free, shielded JZ-600 HMH-C cable with a cross-section of 4G0.75 is an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users. It ensures reliable signal transmission in machines, production lines, air conditioning systems and many other applications. The cable construction is designed for demanding working conditions, offering high resistance to mechanical damage and external factors.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of stranded copper conductors (class 5), which provides high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The conductors are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, and then twisted in parallel. A braid screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable signal transmission. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer coating made of halogen-free TM7 mixture in black color (RAL 9005). The cable conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor.

Application and benefits

The JZ-600 HMH-C cable is perfect for stationary and flexible installations in dry, wet and humid environments. It can be laid openly and used in outdoor installations. Thanks to the use of halogen-free materials, the cable meets high fire safety standards – it does not emit toxic gases during combustion. The high screen density ensures interference-free transmission of signals and impulses – crucial in control and measurement systems. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11. The cable is designed to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (for fixed laying) and from -15°C to +70°C (flexible). The operating voltage is 0.6/1 kV, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed laying and 15 x cable diameter for flexible laying.
