This halogen-free, shielded JZ-600 HMH-C 4G4 cable is a versatile solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning systems and many other applications. Construction and properties

The cable is designed for flexibility and durability. Made of stranded copper conductors class 5, insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, it provides good flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The braided screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) effectively protects against external interference. The outer sheath made of halogen-free TM7 mixture guarantees safety in case of fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke.

The cores are made of stranded copper class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360, IEC 60228 standards) and insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture (DIN VDE 0207-363-7 / DIN EN 50363-7). The cores are marked with black color with white numbers for easy identification, and the protective core is yellow-green. The screen is a braid of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage. The outer sheath is made of halogen-free TM7 mixture (DIN VDE 0207-363-8 / DIN EN 50363-8) in black color (RAL 9005). The core cross-section is 4 mm², and the outer diameter is approximately 15.7 mm. The rated voltage of the cable is 1000 V.
