This halogen-free, shielded JZ-600 HMH-C cable with a cross-section of 5G0.75 mm² is an ideal solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The cable is designed for use in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning systems, and steel mills. It will work well in both stationary and flexible installations.
The cable is characterized by high resistance to fire and oils, and its construction provides effective electromagnetic shielding (EMC), minimizing interference in signal transmission. Made of high-quality materials, it meets stringent safety standards and is compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
Construction and properties
The JZ-600 HMH-C cable is built with durability and reliability in mind. It consists of:
- Multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), providing high flexibility and resistance to bending.
- Insulation made of halogen-free TI6 compound, which limits the release of toxic gases in the event of a fire.
- Conductors marked with numbers, which facilitates identification during installation and maintenance. The protective conductor is yellow-green.
- Braid screen made of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage, which effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference.
- Outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 compound, providing additional protection against mechanical damage and weathering.
Thanks to this, the cable is resistant to radiation up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (100 Mrad) and meets the requirements for low smoke and halogen-free materials.
Operating parameters and compliance with standards
The JZ-600 HMH-C cable can operate in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C for fixed laying and from -15°C to +70°C for flexible operation. The rated voltage is 1000 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed laying and 15 x cable diameter for flexible operation. The coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km.
The cable complies with the standards: DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11, and has passed fire tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332 and IEC 60332. It is also compliant with the requirements for halogen-free materials (VDE 0482-754) and low smoke emission (DIN VDE 0482 part 1034).
