This halogen-free, shielded JZ-600 HMH-C 5G1 cable is a versatile solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning systems and many more. The cable is designed for flexibility and durability, providing reliable signal transmission even in harsh conditions. Thanks to the braided screen, it minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in modern industrial installations.

This cable is suitable for both stationary and flexible installations. It can be laid in dry, wet and humid environments, as well as surface-mounted. It is important to note that it is not intended for applications with continuous movements or mechanical stresses. The cable's construction based on high-quality materials guarantees long-lasting and safe operation.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600 HMH-C cable is characterized by a solid construction providing high resistance to external factors. It is made of five copper conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm², insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture. The conductors are twisted in parallel and surrounded by an inner jacket for additional protection. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference. The whole is surrounded by an outer jacket made of a halogen-free TM7 mixture in black color (RAL 9005).

Technical parameters and compliance with standards

The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11. It has a rated voltage of 1000 V and a test voltage of 4000 V. The coupling resistance is a maximum of 250 Ohm/km. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 11.4 mm. The cable has been tested for fire resistance, self-extinguishing and corrosiveness of fire gases in accordance with applicable European standards (IEC, DIN EN, VDE). It also has the CE mark confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
