This halogen-free, shielded JZ-600 HMH-C cable is an ideal solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The cable is designed for transmitting control and measurement signals in machines, production lines, air conditioning equipment, and in the metallurgical industry. Thanks to its high-density shield, it ensures interference-free data transmission, minimizing the risk of electromagnetic interference.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation. Made of seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, it guarantees safety in case of fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. The conductors are twisted in parallel, and the whole is surrounded by a braid of tinned copper wires (85% coverage), which constitutes an effective barrier against interference. Additionally, the outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 mixture provides resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. The yellow-green protective conductor increases the safety level of the installation.
