This halogen-free, shielded flexible cable JZ-600 HMH-C 7G1,5 is an ideal solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning systems and many other applications. It provides reliable signal transmission and safe operation of installations, even in difficult conditions. The cable design is designed for flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage, making it an excellent choice for both professional installers and end users.

Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation

The cable is characterized by a solid construction. Seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² provide adequate conductivity, and their flexible construction (class 5) facilitate cable installation and routing. The conductors are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases. The screen braid of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable signal transmission. The outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 mixture provides additional protection against mechanical damage and weathering. Black conductors with white numbers make it easy to identify individual wires during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety.

Application and compliance with standards

JZ-600 HMH-C 7G1,5 cable is intended for stationary and flexible installations in dry, wet and humid environments. It can be laid openly and used in outdoor installations. Due to its high fire resistance (tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-3-24, BS 4066 part 3, DIN EN 60332-3-24) and halogen-free properties (compliance with VDE 0482-754-1, DIN EN 60754-1) it meets strict safety standards. The cable is compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). The permissible operating temperature range is from -15°C to +70°C for flexible laying and from -40°C to +70°C for fixed laying. The rated voltage U is 1000 V and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 15x cable diameter for flexible installations and 7.5x cable diameter for fixed installations. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 14.2 mm.
