Halogen-free power cable XLPE/HFFR N2XH-J 14G1,5 mm² 53167
Halogen-free power cable – safety and reliability in one\n\nThis 14-core power cable N2XH-J, with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², is a solution designed for demanding installations where fire safety and personal protection are crucial. Made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation and covered with an HFFR (halogen-free) jacket, it minimizes the risk of toxic gas emissions in the event of a fire. This cable finds application in a wide range of facilities – from industrial to public utility – providing reliable power and protection.\n\n### Construction and application\n\nThe N2XH-J cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0276-604 / HD 604 S1-1+5G, guaranteeing its high quality and compliance with European standards. It is ideal for installation in places with increased fire protection requirements – industrial buildings, power plants, municipal facilities, hotels, airports, as well as hospitals, schools or cinemas. It can be used both indoors and outdoors (using protective conduits). \n\n* Safety: Halogen-free coating minimizes the emission of toxic gases during a fire.\n* Versatility: Suitable for internal and external installations.\n* Durability: Maximum permissible conductor temperature is 90°C, ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation.\n* Flexibility: Multi-wire conductor construction (class 2) facilitates cable installation and routing.\n* Identification: Colored conductor insulation makes it easier to identify individual wires during installation.\n\n### Technical parameters and characteristics\n\nThe cable is characterized by a rated voltage U/U0 of 0.6/1 kV and a conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 20 mm. The cable construction includes copper conductors (single- or multi-wire), XLPE insulation and an HFFR jacket. This combination of materials makes the cable resistant to mechanical damage and weather conditions in the temperature range of -30°C to +90°C. An important aspect is also the lack of a screen and the lack of cable function support. In addition, this cable has a CPR B2ca-Cca-Dca certificate confirming its properties related to reaction to fire. Radiation resistance is up to 100 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
