Halogen-free power cable XLPE/HFFR N2XH-J 4G25 mm² 53149
Halogen-free power cable – safety and reliability in every installation
This power cable, manufactured using XLPE/HFFR technology, guarantees safe and reliable power transmission. Designed for a wide range of applications, it meets stringent fire protection standards. This is particularly important in places with a high concentration of people or sensitive installations. This cable can be used in both industrial, commercial installations and public buildings.
Construction and properties
The N2XH-J 4G25 mm² cable stands out with its solid construction. Four cores with a cross-section of 25 mm² are made of multi-wire copper (class 2), which ensures flexibility and ease of installation. XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation guarantees high temperature resistance – up to 90°C – and excellent dielectric properties. The outer sheath made of HFFR (halogen-free) material minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire, increasing user safety and facilitating evacuation. This makes the cable compliant with DIN VDE 0276-604 / HD 604 S1-1+5G standards.
The cable is identified by core colors, which facilitates correct connection and minimizes the risk of errors during installation. It can be used in dry, wet and humid rooms, as well as outdoors, provided that appropriate mechanical protection is used (e.g. conduit). The permissible ambient temperature during operation is from -30°C to +90°C, making it a universal solution for various environmental conditions. The rated voltage U/U0 is 1000 kV / 600 kV respectively. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 25 mm.
