• The cable features modified PP insulation of the conductors and a wear-resistant and non-adhesive polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket. This combination provides not only mechanical strength but also resistance to oils, acids, alkalis and UV radiation. Importantly, the materials used in production are halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire and minimizes the emission of toxic substances. The rated voltage of the cable is 500V, and the permissible operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C – both during stationary and dynamic operation.

• Construction and properties ensuring durability

• The m.FLEX 512-PUR cable is characterized by careful construction. 18 parallel twisted copper conductors are additionally protected by a special protective braid (up to 4 mm² cross-section). Black conductors are clearly marked with white numbers for easy identification, and the yellow-green protective conductor is located externally (from 3 conductors). The special TMPU polyurethane outer jacket provides high resistance to mechanical and chemical damage. The cable has been tested by the H method for approx. 10 million bending cycles, confirming its exceptional durability under dynamic conditions. In addition, the materials do not contain silicone or cadmium, making it environmentally friendly and safe to use.

• This cable is ideal for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors – from mechanical industry through robotics to moving parts of devices. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
