This metered m.FLEX 512-PUR 2x0.5 flexible cable is a solution designed for demanding industrial applications where resistance to bending and durability are key. The cable is distinguished by its construction, which ensures reliability and long life. It uses stranded copper conductors of class 6, which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The conductor insulation made of modified PP provides good dielectric properties and minimizes friction during bending. The whole is surrounded by a special outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR), which is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, tearing, oils and UV radiation. Additionally, the PUR used is halogen-free, which increases safety and minimizes the emission of toxic substances in the event of a fire.

The m.FLEX 512-PUR cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 and has a rated voltage of 500V and a test voltage of 3000V. The permissible operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (flexible) and from -30°C to +80°C during installation. The minimum bending radius is 5x the cable diameter during dynamic operation and 3x the cable diameter for fixed laying. The cable has been subjected to bending tests using method H, withstanding approx. 10 million bending cycles, which confirms its exceptional durability.
