Flexible control cable for demanding conditions

This two-core flexible cable with a polyurethane (PUR) jacket is designed for use in areas exposed to intense abrasion, tearing, and contact with oils and coolants. It is ideal for use in mechanical engineering, construction, industrial installations, as well as rolling mills and steelworks. Construction and properties

The PUR-OZ 2x0.5 cable is constructed with stranded copper conductors (class 5), insulated with special oil-resistant PVC (TI2). The conductors are twisted in parallel and marked with white numbers for easy identification. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (TMPU) provides high resistance to mechanical and chemical factors. The gray color (RAL 7001) facilitates identification. Versions in other colors are also available.

It is worth noting a number of important properties:

• Resistance to external factors: UV radiation, oxygen, ozone, hydrolysis, and the action of microorganisms.
• No harmful substances: materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium, or substances that interfere with painting.
• Wide temperature range: permissible ambient temperature during operation is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C during installation.
• Electrical parameters: rated voltage U – 500 V, insulation resistance minimum 20 MOhm x km.
• Minimum bending radius: flexible 7.5 x cable diameter; when laid permanently 4 x cable diameter.
