Construction and properties

The OZ-HF cable is characterized by a careful construction that guarantees its durability and reliability. Made of multi-strand copper conductors (class 6), insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), it provides good conductivity and resistance to damage. The conductors are twisted in parallel and surrounded by a non-woven fabric braid, which further increases their mechanical strength. The whole is covered with an outer PVC coating (TM5), providing protection against external factors. Black conductors are numbered with white digits for easy identification.

This cable also features a number of additional properties:

• High flexibility: allows easy routing of the cable in tight spaces and dynamic applications.
• Oil resistance: thanks to its special construction, the cable is resistant to the action of many oils and chemicals.
• Temperature range: the cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -10°C to +80°C (flexible).
• Compliance with standards: the cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
